The peaceful community of Ashlyn Close, Bushey, near Watford, was shattered by a horrifying incident where three women were discovered dead in their home. The victims have been identified as Carol Hunt (61), Hannah Hunt (28), and Louise Hunt (25), the beloved wife and two daughters of BBC Racing radio commentator John Hunt.

The suspect, Kyle Clifford (26), was located and apprehended by armed officers in Enfield, north London. Clifford, who sustained injuries requiring medical treatment, was captured without any shots fired by the police. Authorities believe the attack was targeted and involved the use of a crossbow, possibly alongside other weapons.

In the wake of this tragic event, the Hunt family has understandably requested privacy as they navigate through this unimaginable loss. The community and the racing world are in shock and mourning alongside them.
